Marble facades

Marble or style facades with open hearths have been used for heating rooms for centuries. In former times, they were only to be found in castles and in larger country seats. But because of the industrial quarrying of marble and granite in the last decades, everybody can afford the installation of an elegant marble facade these days. Today, a marble facade is very seldomly equipped with an open hearth. More often, only a heating element with an inspection glass is installed, which is technically comparable to the heating elements of tiled fireplaces or of marble fireplaces. The heating elements of the facades, however, are generally more distinctive with their larger furnace and larger inspection glass. Due to the installation of heating elements inside the facades, a much higher efficiency and thus heating capacity are achieved compared to a marble facade with an open hearth.
